All of our guitarron strings are hand-made to order, by skilled and dedicated artisans.

We use pure, authentic materials including copper, silver-plated copper, bronze, brass and red copper for our basses (GDA).

Our treble (AEC) strings are made with a hard nylon core, and wrapped with soft nylon. They are available in either standard (medium) tension, heavy tension, or light tension.

Our 'Especiales' Treble Sets are a CustomLab creation, made with a synthetic silk-core and wrapped in soft nylon. They are warm and bright, even tone, very much like traditional gut strings, with a balanced, medium tension. Our ‘Especiales’ last typically 2 -4 times the length of normal trebles sets.
